The „Zeilgalerie“ is one of Germany’s most famous retail properties. The vertical building opened its doors in 1992 and is now let to top-class tenants like H&M and Benetton. IFM acquired the property in summer 2008 and is going to revitalize it within the next months. Not only the façade but also the interior design will appear in a new look. IFM is going to change the tenant structure and implement a new branding.
