IFM acquired „Kureck”, opposite Wiesbaden’s Kurpark, from R+V Versicherung in a sale and lease back transaction. The former owner is now tenant in the building. A number of new construction projects and a comprehensive revitalization process will be carried out on the Kureck property, in several construction phases. The aim is to create another landmark property in Wiesbaden. Future use will concentrate on high-quality office space, supplemented with other commercial uses and exclusive residential units.
