IFM leases 2,000 square meters of office space
Frankfurt am Main/Heidelberg, August 26, 2010: The newest tenants are real estate firm Colliers, who have leased 800 square meters, and Baring Asset Management GmbH with 400 square meters. The law firm WilmerHale has increased their office space by 750 square meters.

IFM achieves significant increase in profits in first half of 2010
Frankfurt am Main/Heidelberg, August 19, 2010: The IFM Immobilien Group AG enjoyed a steady performance over the first half of 2010, achieving significant growth in profits compared with the same period of the previous year. Revenues totaled EUR 9.2 million.
